What's On Tickets Terms and Conditions

• What’s On Tickets Ltd is an authorised ticket agent and sells tickets on behalf of the venue or organiser that produces the event for which you buy a ticket.
  
  
• Tickets are non refundable and non transferable unless a performance is cancelled when ticket holders will be offered seats at any rescheduled performance (subject to availability) up to the face value of the ticket. If the ticket holder is unable to attend another performance a full refund will be given.
  
  
• On receipt of tickets please check all details are correct and notify What’s On Tickets of any mistakes within 24hrs, as they cannot be rectified at a later date.
  
  
• Please keep tickets in a safe place, as What’s on Tickets cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets.
  
  
• All details are correct at time of purchase, however the Organiser reserves the right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  
  
• Tickets are issued subject to the Rules & Regulations of the venue and Organiser. Full details are available at the venue box office. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone, who in their opinion, is a danger to themselves or other members of the public or who is causing untoward damage to the venue.
  
  
• Proof of age may be required (passport, driving licence)
  
  
• Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
  
  
• The venue, Organiser and What’s On Tickets accept no responsibility for any personal property.
  
  
• From time to time filming/sound recording of the performance may take place. Ticket holders consent to being filmed as part of the audience during the filming.
  
  
• All terms and conditions are governed by English Law.
